Description:
The hexa-His (6xHis) peptide is used as a fusion tag for immunoaffinity chromatography. The 6xHis tag binds divalent cations in their oxidized states. This antibody binds to the His-Tag fused to the amino- or carboxy-terminus of recombinant proteins.
