Description:
An IgG monoclonal antibody to SARS-CoV-2 S1 with high affinity was screened and the variable regions were grafted into a template human IgG framework. The humanized monoclonal antibody (MAb) is mimic to the IgG antibody in the patients’ serum or plasma specimens, and can react with coated antigens and secondary detectors in ImmunoDiagnsotics High-sensitive SARS-CoV-2 S1 IgG ELISA Kit (Cat No. 41A232R) as the positive control.

DILUTION & PREPARATION:
Each tube contains 22µl 10x Anti S1 IgG monoclonal antibody. Centrifuge it briefly before open the tube. Add 200µl of 1x Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) or 1x Assay Buffer included in SARS-COV-2 S1IgG ELISA Kit (Cat No. 41A232R or 41A234) into each tube and mix the samples thoroughly.
Application
Positive control for SARS-CoV-2 S1 IgG ELISA. 100µl per ELISA test.
STORAGE
Store at 4 degrees, up to 6 months.
Quality Control Test
The purity of humanized IgG MAb to SARS-CoV-S1 is characterized by SDS-PAGE while the activity is evaluated by ELISA.
The Absorbance at 450nm of ready-to-use humanized IgG MAb to SARS-CoV-2 S1 is above 1.
