Purification: The immunogen is derived from high-purity IgG F(ab')2 in healthy human serum. Healthy male goats are immunized multiple times to obtain immune serum with a double diffusion titer of not less than 1:32, which is then purified by human IgG F(ab')2 specific affinity and dissolved in a buffer solution.
