Purification: The immunogen is derived from high-purity IgG (including various IgG subtypes) in healthy mouse serum. Healthy male goats are immunized multiple times to obtain antiserum with a double diffusion titer of not less than 1:32, which is then purified through multiple specific affinity purifications and dissolved in a buffer solution.
