IgG (H+L) polyclonal, goat anti-rabbit , anti-rabbit

Purification: The immunogen is derived from high-purity IgG (including all IgG subtypes) in the serum of healthy experimental white rabbits. Healthy male goats are immunized multiple times to obtain immune serum with a double diffusion titer of not less than 1:32, which is then purified by rabbit IgG specific affinity and dissolved in buffer.
