Size: 100 µl, 0.5 ml, 1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, kappa
Decription:
Recognizes a protein of 75kDa, identified as γ heavy chain of human immunoglobulins. It reacts with all sub-classes of γ chain of human immunoglobulins. It does not cross-react with α (IgA), μ (IgM), ε (IgE), or δ (IgD), heavy chains, T-cells, monocytes, granulocytes, or erythrocytes. This monoclonal antibody is useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkins lymphomas. The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant.
Synonyms: G1m Marker, G2m Marker, G3m Marker, G4m Marker, HDC, Heavy Chain Disease Protein, Human Immunglobulin G, Ig gamma1/2/3/4 Chain C Region, IGHG1, IGHG2, IGHG3, IGHG4, Immunoglobulin Heavy Constant 1/2/3/4
Clone: IG217
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, kappa
Immunogen: Purified human Ig Gamma Chain
Reactivity: human. Others not known.
Form: Purified, in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applications: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunofluorescence (0.5-1ug/ml)
Immunohistology (Formalin/paraffin) (0.5-1ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT)
(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
Reactivity: 293T, Raji or hPBL cells. Tonsil or Spleen.
Concentration: 0.2mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
