Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC
Protein Family: Cellular Antigens
Pathway and Disease: Immune System
Description:
This antibody recognizes goat IgG and is coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for applications in ELISA, Western blot and IHC. The anti-serum is preadsorbed against human serum proteins and affinity purified using a column coupled with goat IgG. The purified antibody is then labeled with peroxidase by using a modified periodate coupling protocol.
