Application:
A complete kit to isolate Protein A-fusion proteins expressed in E. coli or yeast. Kit consists of affinity chromatography gel matrix, IgG-Separopore® 4B, including all the components/buffers that allow for quick, convenient purification of Protein A fused proteins. This kit may also be used to immunoprecipitate Protein A produced by prokaryotic expression systems.
Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
