Description:
Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a cytokine that can act as a growth factor for activated T and NK cells, enhance the lytic activity of NK/lymphokine-activated Killer cells, and stimulate the production of IFN-gamma by resting PBMC. IL-12 is a heterodimer of IL-12 alpha subunit disulfide-linked to IL-12 beta subunit. This antibody is directed against IL-12 alpha.
