High Quality & Proven Performance in RNA In Vitro Transcription Reactions
Information
Datasheet
Inorganic Pyrophosphatase, Recombinant, can be found in many different organisms controlling the cellular concentration of Inorganic Pyrophosphate (PPi) catalyzing its hydrolisis to form orthophophate. This recombinant version is purified from an E. coli strain overexpressing an E. coli gene. This protein is widely used in RNA In Vitro Transcription (IVT) to reduce the inhibitory effects of PPi.

GMP-grade is also available.

Advantages & Features
- Optimized for enhancing DNA replication avoiding the inhibitory effect of PPi and subsequently increasing RNA yield in the In Vitro Transcription reactions.
- Isolated form a recombinant source.
- Extensivelly quality controlled: Endo/exonucleases, and RNAses free.
- High-Purity: ≥ 95% determined by SDS.
- Flexible Quality Systems that covers from RUO to cGMP.
