Description:
Anti-Kappa (κ) light chain antibody recognizes Kappa light chains of human immunoglobulin and does not react with Lambda (λ) light chain or heavy chain. Kappa light chains are present on about 60% of normal B lymphocytes.

Application Notes: FC with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 20 μl antibody; FC with cells: 10E6 cells + 20 μl antibody. FC: 1:5
Format: Each vial contains 2 ml IgG (100 tests) in PBS pH7.4, 0.1% BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
