Specifications:
C-43 reacts with keratin 8 (52.5 kDa) polypeptide.

Species reactivity:
Positive: cow, dog, human, pig, rabbit, sheep. Negative: chicken, ferret, hamster, mouse, rat, Xenopus laevis.

Applications:
C-43 can be used on paraffin sections using either citrate or protease pretreatment.
