For the cultivation of Lactobacillus species from oral, fecal and other specimen sources

Working Concentration: 69 g/L. Add 1ml of Tween 80 per liter of media.

Soluble in boiling water

- Yeast Extract
- Dextrose
- Sodium Acetate
- Disodium Phosphate
- Ammonium Citrate
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Manganese Sulfate
- Agar

Preparation: Mix 69g powder medium in one liter of purified water and mix untill evenly dispersed. Heat to dissolve completely. Add 1ml of Tween 80 and mix. Autoclave to sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
