Introduction:
Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that are released from cells upon fusion of an intermediate endocytic compartment, the multivesicular body, with the plasma membrane. They are thought to provide a means of intercellular communication and of transmission of macromolecules between cells allowing the spread of proteins, lipids, mRNA, miRNA and DNA and as contributing factors in the development of several diseases.
Recomended usage :
CD9 Capture Beads are intended for the immunoisolation (immunomagnetic or FACS) and Flow Cytometry analysis of pre-enriched CD63+ mouse exosomes from biofluids (plasma, urine) or cell culture media.
Application: Magnetic Separation
Storage Temperature: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C
Shelf life: Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed (at least, one year)
