Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control CF-Blue™ (clone B11/6), anti- RUO

Today, all techniques used for both diagnosis and research must have negative controls. In Flow Cytometry, these are known as Isotypic Controls. With these it is possible to ensure that our results are reliable.The antibody specificity of the mouse IgG1 produced by clone B11/6 was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of live mouse, rat, and human tissues.

Recomended usage
Isotype control IgG1, clone B11/6, is mAb against synthetic hapten, not present in mammalian. It is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
