The MagneZoom Ni-Charged Kit superparamagnetic beads average 10µm in size, with strong metal-chelating agent covalently bound to their surfaces. They are pre-charged with nickel and ready to use for quick and small-scale purification of polyhistidine-tagged proteins.

This kit requires MagneZoom paramagnetic bead station (20160000-1) for separation of beads.
