PDL1/PDL2/JAK2 FISH Probe

The PDL1/PDL2/JAK2 Dual Color FISH Probe localizes to PDL1/PDL2/JAK2 allowing confirmation of rearrangements of the genes.

PD-L1, PD-L2, and JAK2 are all located in the p24.1 region on chromosome 9. If one of these genes becomes displaced or amplified, it will likely have an effect on the others as well. This dual color FISH probe allows for the detection of all three genes simultaneously. PD-L1 and PD-L2 will be covered by the same color, while JAK2 will be labeled in a different color for easy identification.
