The PDL1/PDL2/JAK2/STAT3 Dual Color FISH Probe localizes to PDL1/PDL2/JAK2/STAT3 allowing confirmation of rearrangements of the genes.
PD-L1, PD-L2, and JAK2 are all located in the p24.1 region on chromosome 9. PD-L1 and PD-L2 are overexpressed in many cancers, acting as protection against innate immune responses. Overexpression of JAK2 can overactivate the JAK-STAT pathway which is present in a number of different cancers including lymphoma and leukemia.
