Phosphate Buffer 0.5M, pH 7.4

This buffer is frequently used as a buffering agent in biology and biochemistry. It is prepared by mixing Potassium Phosphate Monobasic and Sodium Phosphate Dibasic Heptahydrate in a fixed ratio to obtain the desired pH and strength.
