Polystyrene Beads

Polystyrene and styrene/divinylbenzene copolymer, plain, hydrophobic microspheres with sulfate surface groups are used for many applications. They are used as size standards for instrument calibration. They can also be coated with proteins for a broad range of diagnostic applications such as agglutination test kits, lateral flow, to sophisticated immunoassays.
