Application:
The red-colored agarose bead affinity matrix has immobilized Recombinant Protein A. Convenient for quantitative capturing of antigen/antibody complexes in immunoprecipitation, it greatly reducing the risk of pellet loss. Comparable performance to non-colored affinity gels, but allows the user to easily differentiate pellet from supernatant by visual monitoring of the red beads. This results in greater consistency and more accurate data due to less sample loss. View-IP™ Protein A Red-Separopore® 4B-CL is a reliable tool to purify monoclonal and polyclonal IgG from ascites, serum and cell culture supernatants.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
