ReadyGo™ Streptavidin-HRP

Streptavidin and Avidin reagents are well recognized tools to purify or detectBiotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules such as lectins and peptide hormones. A highly specific and activeHRP (Horseradish Peroxidase) is conjugated to recombinant Streptavidin (HRP-Streptavidin) using a propriotory coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of this conjugate. The resulting conjugate reacts toBiotinylated primary or secondary antibodies. Peroxidase-labeled streptavidin allows localization of histological sections, cytological preparations, or smears and Western blot applications.HRP-Streptavidin is supplied as a concentrate (1mg/mL) or as a ReadyGo™ stabilized solution (100mL, 10 µg/mL) in a dropper bottle for quick application on a slide.
