Product Description
Sodium acetate has a concentration of 1M and a pH level of 4.5. Prepared in RNase free 18.2 megohms water filters through 1 µ filter. It has been autoclaved at 15 psi and 121°C for 1 hour on liquid cycle. Product is stored at room temperature.
Sodium acetate is widely used in molecular biology applications as a buffer and in the purification and precipitation of nucleic acids, protein crystallization, staining of protein gels, and HPLC.
