Application:
The green-colored agarose bead affinity matrix contains immobilized Streptavidin. It is convenient for affinity capture (pull-down) of biotinylated target molecules, such as proteins, peptides, antibodies, nucleic acids, lectins, receptors and ligands. Comparable performance to non-colored affinity gels, viewIP™ Streptavidin Green-Separopore® 4B-CL greatly reduce the risk of pellet loss comparable performance to non-colored affinity gels and allows the user to easily differentiate pellet from supernatant. This results in greater consistency and more accurate data due to less sample loss.
Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
