High Quality & Proven Performance in RNA In Vitro Transcription Reactions
Information
Datasheet
T7 RNA Polymerase is a recombinant protein from the bacteriophage T7 that is routinely used to produce RNA sequences from DNA templates. The protein shows highly stringent specificity for its own promoter sequence that besides its consistent yields makes it suitable for producing large amount of a designed RNA. This recombinant version is purified from E. coli.

GMP-grade is also available.

Advantages & Features
- Isolated form a recombinant source.
- High-Purity: ≥ 95% determined by SDS.
- Extensivelly quality controlled: Endo/exonucleases, non-specific DNAse and RNAses free, Purity and Promoter Specificity.
- GMP-grade available.
