TBS with Tween™ 20 (pH 7.4)

Tris Buffered Saline with Tween™ 20 (TBS-T) is the most commonly used Wash Buffers or Blocking Buffer used for applications such as Western Blot and ELISA Assays.

TBS-T is an optimal formulation of pH stabilizers, salts and detergents designed to remove excess material, decreasing non-specific background staining. It is preferably used with alkaline phospatase or peroxidase-conjugated antibodies.

GMP-grade is also available.

Storage: in Dry Place at Room Temperature.
Recommendations: The salts in 20x solution are at a very high concentration. It has been found that at temperatures below 10ºC, the salts fall out of solution. If this occurs during your Shipment: conditions, please stir the product to get the salts back into solution.
