UniqEX Taq I DNA Polymerase

UniqEX TaqTM DNA Polymerase is a series of new generation mutants of Taq DNA polymerase. The mutations in Taq polymerase gene render the enzymes resistant to the higher inhibitory effects of common PCR inhibitors and hot-start feature. Tolerance of inhibitor level is UniqEX III > UniqEX II > UniqEX I. They can tolerate more in the presence of PCR enhancer cocktail. These enzymes can be used in qPCR with DNA binding dyes, such as SYBR Green and Eva Green, and TaqMan assay.

UniqEX TaqTM LA version is available, which allows for amplification of longer products with higher fidelity and accuracy.

UniqEX TaqTM and UniqEX TaqTM LA Mix are available as a ready-to-use 2X mixture of DNA polymerase, salts, magnesium and dNTPs for setting up a trouble-free PCR reaction and there is the choice of an inert green dye, used for direct gel loading.
