Vaccinia Capping Enzyme

Vaccinia Capping Enzyme is a kit that provides the required components to catalyze the addition of 7- methylguanylate cap structures (Cap 0) to the 5′ end of RNA. Vaccinia Capping Enzyme (VCE) is a heterodimeric protein produced in Escherichia coli.

GMP-grade is also available.
