The WT1 FISH Probe is used to detect WT1 gene aneusomy.
The Wilms Tumor 1 (WT1) gene located on, 11p13, plays an important role in urogenital development and is mutated in a small subset of the population. WT1 mutations are commonly known to affect childhood cancers and other syndromes. Mutations have also been seen in leukemias, lymphomas, and sarcomas.
Our WT1 FISH Probe can be used to detect rearrangements of the WT1 gene. The probe comes labeled in orange, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
