Size: 2 ml
Isotype: mouse IgG1
Applications: FC
Protein Family: Cell Adhesion Molecules, Cellular Antigens, Receptors and Channels
Pathway and Disease: Immune System, Signaling Molecules and Interaction
Description:
The CD147 (HI197) antibody recognizes a 50-60 kDa type-I single chain transmembrane glycoprotein named basigin or neurothelin, which is a blood-brain barrier-specific molecule. CD147 antigen has a wide tissue distribution on hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells including leukocytes, red blood cells, platelets and endothelial cells. As a potential adhesion molecule, CD147 is involved in embryonic blood-brain barrier development and in integrin-mediated adhesion in brain endothelia.
Alternate Names: CD147, EMMPRIN, Extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer, Basigin, Leukocyte activation antigen M6, Collagenase stimulatory factor, 5F7, Tumor cell-derived collagenase stimulatory factor, TCSF, OK blood group antigen, BSG
Application Notes: FC with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 20 μl antibody; FC with cells: 10E6 cells + 20 μl antibody. FC: 1:200-1:1,000
Accession No.: P35613
Format: Each vial contains 2 ml IgG (100 tests) in PBS pH7.4, 0.1% BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at 4°C. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
