Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: mouse IgG1
Applications: E, FC, IHC
Protein Family: CAM Ligands, Cell Adhesion Molecules, Cellular Antigens, Enzymes
Pathway and Disease: Immune System, Signaling Molecules and Interaction
Description:
The CD45 (HI30) antibody recognizes the 180, 190, 205 and 220-kDa long single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein called leukocyte common antigen (LCA). LCA is typically expressed at high levels on all nucleated hematopoietic cells including bone marrow cells, thymocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, but not on mature erythrocytes, platelets and non-hematopoietic tissues and cells. CD45 is critically required for T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation.
Alternate Names: Leukocyte common antigen, L-CA, T200, CD45 antigen, PTPRC, Protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C
Application Notes: Purified antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry with acetone-fixed frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin sections. E: 1:500-1:1,000; FC: 1:200-1:1,000; IHC: 1:200-1:500
Accession No.: P08575
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
